Amber has successfully managed the daily operations of Sard's cater for the last 4 years and does a phenomenal job in overseeing staff, daily catering operations and our human resources division. She is a huge asset to our team and assist our special events division with ensuring our success!

KYRA S. BROCK
Kyra S. Brock received her bachelor's degree in hospitality from Johnson & Wales University in Charlotte, NC. After graduating, she worked as the Interim Events Coordinator for the Harvey B. Gantt Center for African American Art + Culture, Executive Meeting Specialist for the Westin Charlotte, and Catering & Events Manager at the newly opened SpringHill Suites Uptown Charlotte before relocating to the Washington, DC area. Since her time in the area, she has served as the Senior Conference Planner at Kellogg Conference Hotel and is now a part of our team here at Sardi's.
JESSICA A. ROBINSON, MWP
Jessica is an experienced event & wedding planner here in the DC Metro area who also holds a coveted designation as a Master Wedding Planner held by only 57 people in the world! She is an industry expert in special events, an award-winning event designer, mentor, and a member of several leadership teams within industry organizations.
She has shared her knowledge with the world as a speaker on various platforms and has been featured in several publications and news media outlets. With over 25 years of experience in assisting couples and event hosts with high-level events, her top priority is to offer practical, safe, and cost-effective solutions for both the host and their guests.
CHEF STEVE SABATINO
Chef Steve is a graduate of the French Culinary Institute in New York City. Upon graduating, he has worked for several restaurants in New York to include the Essex House Hotel on Central Park West, Mark Hotel, and Madison Square Garden. Chef Steve has prepared meals for numerous athletes, celebrities, and even two (2) presidents.
He later relocated to South Florida where he created The Chef’s Table, delivering high-quality catering service in the area. This included the Super Bowl, Vizcaya Museum, Miami and Ft. Lauderdale boat show, and providing meals on private yachts for local celebrities. Chef Steve had an opportunity to relocate to The DC Metro area to continue his passion for food and joined the Sardi's team.
